Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

At Moccamaster Sale (moccomastersale.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Moccamaster coffee brewer for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are damaged, used, or returned without their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return and refund, please contact our customer service team at press@moccomastersale.com. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. We offer free returns, so you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned product (to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way. Additionally, custom or personalized products (if applicable) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please note that shipping times for returns are not included in the 5-10 business day refund processing timeframe.
